Play Restaurant, one of Dubai’s most acclaimed fine dining establishments, has earned numerous awards over the years for its exceptional culinary experiences and innovative concepts. When tasked with documenting a special menu created by the renowned Star Chef Mike Bagale, Relity Group rose to the challenge with creativity and precision.
Chef Mike Bagale, known for his avant-garde approach to gastronomy, introduced a revolutionary concept known as "floating food." Our mission was to visually capture this culinary artistry in a way that teased and intrigued the audience while preserving the mystery of the dish’s composition.
We managed the entire visual documentation process, from conceptualization to production. Using cutting-edge techniques and creative lighting, we showcased the floating food in a stunning, almost ethereal way. The visuals were designed to highlight the elegance and innovation of the dishes without fully revealing their ingredients, creating an air of suspense and curiosity.
